From blank canvas to full digital launch in under 90 days
In Q1 2025, the founders of Eventu came to Escmap Development with a vision: build a national-level platform where people could discover and book venues and services for any kind of event — weddings, baptisms, corporate events, birthdays and more.
They had no brand, no website, no team — just an idea. Through our Launch Lab 360 program, we took Eventu from concept to launch-ready: a complete brand identity, full website, strategic positioning, and live campaigns — all built to scale.
🧱 Phase 1: Strategy & Market Research
We began by analyzing the Romanian events market:
- User behavior: How do people search for event locations/services?
- Competition: What platforms exist? Are they generalist or segmented?
- Buyer personas: Young women aged 25–35 planning weddings or christenings
- Tone of voice: Warm, elegant, digital-native, and trustworthy
We created detailed profiles for both key audiences:
- Venue owners and event service providers
- People planning personal or corporate events
🎨 Phase 2: Branding & Identity Design
The brand had to communicate joy, elegance and modern usability — something between a wedding planner and a SaaS product. The naming, tagline, logo, fonts, and colors were all created from scratch.
- Name: Eventu (validated for .ro + international appeal)
- Tagline: “Găsește locația perfectă pentru evenimentul tău”
- Logo: Icon that blends calendar + people (planning meets connection)
- Color palette: Bright violet (#8224E3), white, black, accent red
- Typography: Poppins (headline), Montserrat (body)
💻 Phase 3: Website Design & Development
The website was designed as a mobile-first launchpad: clear, elegant, and structured to explain the platform’s value before the product itself was live.
Key sections:
- Homepage explaining the concept
- “How it works” scroll section with icons
- Dedicated sections for location search, events, service providers
- Contact and partner invitation block
- Fast loading and SEO-friendly layout
📲 Phase 4: Social Media Presence & Content Strategy
Before launch, we created a foundational content strategy for organic social media:
- Defined posting pillars: weddings, christenings, corporate, trends, inspirational content
- Built 4 weeks of visuals and copy samples for each event type
- Created branded social covers, icons, and post templates
- Brand voice: Inspiring, clear, celebratory, informative
🎯 Phase 5: Launch Campaign (Meta Ads)
To generate traction ahead of platform rollout, we launched a Meta Ads campaign targeting venue owners and small event service providers.
- Audience: B2B segment — salons, DJs, decorators, photographers
- Ad copy: Focused on visibility, lead generation and early listing opportunity
- Visuals: Purple branding with direct messaging and mockup elements
- Objective: Drive partner sign-ups + build early brand awareness
